I had a near death experience at the age of 5, and became intrigued with the mind body spirit connection. After going through my own traumas, and life experiences and learning through my practice of helping thousands of people in the course of over 23 years, the most powerful thing a person can do is to heal physically, mentally and emotionally.
My mission is to help contribute to raising consciousness on this planet by helping people raise vibrational frequencies through aligning with their spirit.
Through my experience, I have discovered that there is an emotional root to pain and illness. I have found that pain can be healed when we release pent up emotions, rebalance the spirit, and take care of ourselves mentally.
Pain is a language that can be uncovered, just like the layers of an onion. There is wisdom and invaluable gifts to be uncovered beneath your pain. There is more to pain that goes beyond being seen in an X-ray or fixed with a pill. It is often the things that we don't look at that cause pain on many levels.
My education and experience includes a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine (M.S.), Various Energy Healing Modalities, Kinesiology(B.S.), Holistic Health Counseling, Colon Hydrotherapy and over 2000 hours in Massage.
